Treasure Island is one of the newest and most elegant properties in PCB. Located in the exclusive Thomas Drive Area of the beach, removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Treasure Island is only minutes away from the entertainment, shops, and fine dining.

Seasonly Heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, covered parking garage, and access to high speed internet. St Andrews State Park is minutes away.

TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY. Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $250 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE. These charges are their charges and are not ours, and is not included in our fees.
