Inside, our beach house is tastefully decorated with a modern beach theme and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a newly renovated bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a long day. One bedroom contains a queen size bed while the other features a bunk area perfect for the kids!
Step outside onto the private patio and take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The patio is equipped with comfortable seating, a fire pit, and a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals or just enjoying the salty sea air.
With the beach just steps away, you'll have plenty of opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles.

Our favorite place!
We love the Southern Yankee! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and steps away from the ocean. The location is great because it’s a quiet beach but close enough to drive to PBC or Rosemary Beach. The kitchen is great for cooking, the outside deck is perfect for outdoor dining, and our kids love the bunk beds! We definitely plan to return!- Britt B from Alabama , Posted:
